Free standard shipping on all orders to the U.S.
- Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped in three business days.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
- Please note BEN HOGESTYN MALIBU is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items/packages due to any parcel service fault.
- The customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a return or exchange is authorized, we highly recommend you use a shipping service with tracking, or purchase shipping insurance.

An exchange or return purchased on the benhogestynmalibu.com website will be granted under the following conditions:
- We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery on all unused product. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
- Merchandise exchange or return request must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of delivery date.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Merchandise must be unused and in its original condition and packaging with all Ben Hogestyn Malibu item tags attached.
- Damaged, worn, or anything Ben Hogestyn Malibu reasonably believes has been used, will not be accepted and therefore sent back to the customer.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Please allow 3 to 7 business days, depending on peak times, for your return to be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment.
- Orders placed through benhogestynmalibu.com can only be exchanged or returned to benhogestynmalibu.com. Exchanges or returns to retailers who carry Ben Hogestyn Malibu merchandise cannot be accepted.
